Melissa Suzanne George, an Australian actress and businesswoman who also is an inventor and model. Her career began in Australia, and later moved to Hollywood, where she enjoyed great success. George is an Perth native who was interested initially by artistic roller skating and dancing. The modeling career she pursued began when she was in her teens, and she was crowned Western Australia Teenage Model in 1992. In the following year, she made an appearance on the screen for an episode on the soap-opera series Seven Network Home and Away. Her debut on the big screen was as a character in Dark City, a mystery thriller. She then played various role roles as a support on films like Alias The Limey or Down with Love.
